SeaCalm survey consists of 8 to 10 maritime-specific questions, designed by a former seafarer and U.S. licensed psychotherapist. This concise survey takes less than 5 minutes to complete, providing a comprehensive 'here and now' snapshot without daily questioning. Seafarers are not required to complete them before accessing the internet.
Confidential survey results go directly to only SeaCalm, not the Captain or Shipowner/Operator.
If a seafarer wants to talk to someone, at the end of the survey they can privately indicate this and with their permission we reach out. Seafarers are not passed to a third party company and speaks to mental health professionals that have been at sea—us!
